In case you lose access to the device where you have the 2FA Authenticator installed, you can use the Security key to set up a new 2FA Authenticator and gain access to your account. The Security key (secret key) has been given to you during the setup process of the 2FA.
If you don’t have the Security key you need to contact support at [email protected] and expect to have your account frozen for up to 72 hours, before we manually disable the 2FA.
