To disable your 2FA (two factor authentication), follow the steps below:

  1. Log in your CryptoView account
  2. Go to “Main menu” (top right corner)
  3. Click on “Account” section
  4. Select the “Security” tab
  5. Click on the 2FA Authenticator “Enabled” button
  6. Follow the steps to disable 2FA for your account:
  7. Type your account password
  8. Type a 6-digit code provided by 2FA Authentication app or use your Security key
  9. Click “Disable 2FA” button
  10. You will receive an email notification upon successfully disabled 2FA
